2027 KEHP HEALTH INSURANCE INFORMATION
Open enrollment for 2027 is Oct. 5-26, 2026, and is mandatory. According to the Department of Employee Insurance (DEI), you must enroll or reenroll. You will lose coverage if you do not reenroll, according to DEI, which sets the requirements for the KEHP and its open enrollment.
- Watch for a mailing from the KEHP with details.
- Retirees can prepare for open enrollment by logging into khris.ky.gov to verify user name and password, reset your password if needed and be ready for open enrollment.
