Open enrollment for 2027 is Oct. 5-26, 2026, and is mandatory. You must enroll or reenroll. If you do not reenroll, you will lose coverage.
- Watch for a mailing in the next several weeks from the KEHP with details.
- Retirees can prepare for open enrollment by logging into khris.ky.gov to verify user name and password, reset your password if needed and be ready for open enrollment.
